march snow + sophia's hair cut

falling snow is so fascinating. it enchants me, and i love seeing it in photos:




it's been way too long since i pointed my camera at this beautiful baby. she obliged me today when i requested a quick shoot in the snow. i'm so glad she did:

this hair cut is the consequense of sophia taking scissors to her own hair multiple times in 10 days and a resulting visit to the hair dresser. i miss the adorable ponytail on top of her head, but the short hair is cute too:)

finally making up for the blog post drought:) here's the full post from jenny and dallan's bridal (groomal) session. we went to salt lake and started at the utah state capitol building because it's where they got engaged. okay i just have to say, jenny and dallan were high school sweethearts, which i love. i realized yesterday that at least half of the time i ask my clients how they met, they say high school! my parents met when they were 16 and had a similar story to a lot of the couples i'm privileged to work with. randy and kassidy from the post before this were also sweethearts in high school. anyway, i thought it was interesting and worth mentioning. :)
