you may recognize these two from their engagement session last november.. well they finally tied the knot on april 24th. one of the benefits of photographing family and friend's weddings is that i get to spend more time with the couple than anyone else on their day. cool:) everything was beautiful and i really enjoyed working with them- so natural in front of a camera, and easy to direct!!!

in a couple of weeks when the madness of april/may dies down and i can breathe again, i'll post a ton more. there is so much to blog!!!

my friend chris

has a nice car. he likes it a lot. yesterday he wanted to have a photo shoot with it. this is the shot i took, he took a bunch on his own. then we went to in-n-out. it was gorgeous outside. it's definitely spring!!! ahhh!

i have 3 weddings, a bridal shoot, and an engagement to post, and in the next couple of weeks i'll have several more sessions as well! i've been so busy shooting and editing i've neglected blogging, but don't worry, i'll be posting some awesome sessions in the near future:)

karrie scheduled me to take her engagement pictures months ago. i've been looking forward to working with her and craig, and the session was amazing!!!! the lighting and locations were perfect, and the two of them were adorable and fun!

also, this week is going to be insane, but summer officially starts for me in 7 days:)

last night was the best night ever. it involved all of my favorites: music, driving, pictures, best friends, food, dancing, brownies, balloons (3 dozen!) and gorgeous weather. YES. it was also sad, because it was the last time we will all be together. for pictures, we went down to utah lake at sunset which was amazing and beautiful. i got the idea from my friend russ (who happens to be a wedding videographer.. sweet!). thank you russ, so much:) i took all of the photos (except the one of just my face), the group shots were taken on a tripod by me, i set the timer and ran like a maniac. because it's so hard to get a good shot when photographing a large group whilst running and setting up and shooting, we didn't get a large quantity but i'm so, SO happy with the few awesome shots we did get!!!
